With over 20 years of experience in operational improvement and a passion for connecting people, purpose and results, Polly is committed to ensuring that the needs of our customers are at the forefront of everything we do. Before stepping into her new role, Polly successfully led our solutions operation, attracting new clients and expanding the support provided through a suite of cloud-based solutions, including Total Leave™, Care Hub and HR Connect. Prior to Unum, Nicholas held leadership roles at global firms Alight Solutions and Aon Hewitt.
